HR supports the recruitment and retention of good caliber employees, keeps them engaged and supports their growth and development. Further more it is important to have all the right processes in place to keep in line with employment law and legislation, should you need to carry out redundancies, restructures or disciplinary processes.
With a CIPD in Human Resources Management and as an associate member of the AIIC I am well placed to support you with all your HR requirements, to include the following:
Carrying out recruitment through each stage of the process to include the provision of contracts of employment and the completion of on-boarding paperwork to meet with legislative requirements and good practice
Guidance and support with staff appraisals and the implementation of performance management systems
Carrying out redundancy, restructure and disciplinary processes in line with employment law guidelines
Ensuring staff files and HR administration is in place to meet with legislative requirements and good practice
Carrying out staff training to meet with operational and Health & Safety requirement, legislation and law
